Our rentals do not purport to be "Taj Mahals" rather, we prefer to describe them as reasonably priced, comfortable and clean units.... a place to be "lived in" if you will. We're a working class family that's accumulated a handful of rentals over the years.
It is indeed unusual when one of our units becomes available; our average tenant leases in excess of five years. We do check all references and initiate Credit inquiries prior to occupancy. This assists in maintaining a mutually beneficial relationship within our rental family.
